Shipping & Orders
- Where will my order ship from?
Finland.
-Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to me at linnomeh.com
- Do you do custom order?
Yes, I do! Pleas send an email to linnomeh.com to discuss the details.
- When will my order arrive?
Our target is to ship out your order within 3-7 business days from the of purchase.
Custom orders are dealt with on an individual basis and a processing time agreed prior to purchase.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
Finland: 2-5 business days.
Europe: 3-20 business days.
International: 10-30 business days.
- will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with you local customs office directly to see if the apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
- How will I receive my order?
Once your package leaves our warehouse you will receive an SMS or email notification that your parcel is on its way along with a tracking number.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number in an email.
Exchanges & Returns
- What is your return policy?
If you are not absolutely satisfied with the products you have ordered, we offer a 14-days exchange and return policy.
Products returned or exchange must be in their original packaging (or equivalent) and good condition for sale. The marketable product is unused, intact and clean. Include a free-form notification with your return shipment, including your contact information, order number and product numbers of the products to be returned.
Please contact Linnomeh before returning the product(s).
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like unique, handmade products, custom products ( such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
-What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Take a photo of the product and the transport packaging, then contact us. It is advisable to keep the damaged or broken transport packaging.
The claim must be submitted to us within 48 hours from the moment it has been received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- When can I expect my refund?
We will notify you once we´ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you´ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
