At Linnomeh, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How to Return a Product
- Contact us at linnomeh@gmail.com before sending your return.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, intact, and clean.
- Include a note with your return shipment containing:

- Your name and contact information
- Your order number
- The product number(s) of the items being returned
The refund for returned products will be processed as soon as possible after we receive and inspect them. Please note that return parcels may take longer to arrive than normal deliveries.
If You Don’t Pick Up Your Package
If you decide not to collect your order from the delivery point, please email us. This counts as a return notification and will help avoid extra processing costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us before sending the return.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
- Keep the damaged packaging until the matter is resolved
We will do our best to correct the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Unique handmade products that were made specially for you
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong item or notice a manufacturing/material defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
